Milena is a Founding Partner of The Zygos Partnership. Her focus is on Chief Executive and senior executive appointments in the consumer, media and retail sectors.
Milena spent 15 years with Heidrick & Struggles where she led the European Media Practice and was a leading player in the global consumer, retail and leisure sectors. She was the youngest person ever elected to the global partnership of Heidrick & Struggles. Latterly, Milena was Senior Partner in the Board Practice and a member of the firms Executive Committee.
She graduated from the City University Business School with a BSc. in Business Studies, specialising in banking and international finance. |
