Julia is a Founding Partner of The Zygos Partnership. She specialises in Chairman and Non-executive Director searches, Succession Planning and Board Appraisal.
Julia was previously with Egon Zehnder International for 15 years. There she ran the Board Practice, focusing on Chairman and Non-executive Director appointments. Before this she was a Senior Consultant with Bain and Company. She is a Non-executive Director of Sandown Park and a Trustee of ICAN.
Julia served as a Non-executive Director of Wilson Connolly plc, until its agreed takeover by Taylor Woodrow, and was a member of the Tyson Committee.
She has a BA in Experimental Psychology with Statistics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. |
