Adrienne is a Consultant at The Zygos Partnership, focussing on Board level appointments, both Executive and Non-executive and on Board Appraisals, particularly in the financial services sector.
Adrienne has spent seventeen years in Executive Search latterly as a Partner at Whitehead Mann. She specialised in senior appointments in the financial services sector globally as well as undertook Executive Assessments on an international basis as part of the Leadership Solutions team. She previously worked with GKR and Egon Zehnder International and spent her earlier career in banking working in a variety of areas at ANZ Banking Group. She has also worked as an Executive Coach and independent Consultant.
Adrienne is a certified professional Coach and a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association for Coaching in the UK. She is currently undertaking a MSc in Coaching and Development. |
