Our firm

The Zygos Partnership is an international search firm working in both executive and Non-executive search. We focus on Board level appointments, and specialise in finding Chairmen, Chief Executives, Finance and other Executive Directors, and Non-executive Directors.

We were founded in 2002 by three of the leading figures in Board level executive search. We advise a wide variety of organisations, from start up to FTSE 100. We have worked for 51 FTSE 100 companies and 64 FTSE 250 companies, together with a large number of other firms throughout the FTSE, and many private, family and mutually owned companies.

Thanks to our reputation and the strength of our network we are in a position to enable our clients to access the most talented business leaders worldwide.

In the last year we advised on the appointment of five FTSE 100 Chairmen. We have now placed 25 FTSE Chief Executives and 20 FTSE Finance Directors. We have placed a total of 332 Non-executive Directors. We are particularly known for our work in the appointment of women. In the past year 34% of our Non-executive Director appointments to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 Boards were women.
