The first part of our name is taken from the Greek word for balance. In both ancient and modern Greek, a Zygos is a tool that balances different elements.

Our business is building balanced Boards. Executives and Non-executives, equal in effectiveness in their differing roles. Senior leadership teams with the right skills, harnessed in perfect balance to power the organisation forward.

And the second part of our name? Partnership is a good summary of our approach to what we do. Its how we work with one another, and its how we work with our clients.
