The Zygos Partnership was founded in 2002 by three experts in the field of Board recruitment and development; Julia Budd, Milena Djurdjevic and John Viney.
The Zygos Partnership takes its name from the Greek word zygosis, meaning the act of joining together in balance. Zygos is used to express the concept of teamwork in modern Greek.
The Founding Partners combine more than 50 years of experience in advising Boards on appointments in the UK and internationally. They recognised the benefits of creating a team of dedicated professionals who focus solely on the needs of clients without the distractions and demands of a larger organisation.
